Delete in the app
- Open EchoTalks.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account is disabled immediately.

You can delete your account and data.
After deletion, your account is disabled immediately, data is hidden from the product interface, and it enters a 30-day retention window. Restore during that window is support-only.
What gets deleted
- Chat history
- Diary and mood logs
- Weekly reviews and monthly letters
- Long-term memory
- Derived inner profile and preferences
